Canyon Lake has a lot of very affordable condos which have their own boat slip, however they do have extra monthly fees on top of the monthly Canyon Lake POA fee of $230.
All fees below are approximate and can change yearly.
Condos off Canyon Lake Dr (East Gate) are an additional $300
Condos off Yellow Feather are an additional $299
Condos off Canyon Club are an additional $497
Condos off Bass Pl. are an additional $400
Condos off Continental are an additional $325
Condos off Treasure Island are an additional $425
Outside of City Gates w/ no boat slips: Condos off Railroad Canyon Dr are an additional $250
